General informations

Dear media representatives, we are sending you information about the general conditions, valid for media representatives' accreditations for individual events, organized by Slovakia Racing s. r. o. Entry to the area will be allowed only to journalists accredited in advance. Pay attention to the following information, please.

  • For accreditation you need to create an account on the motoch.com website. On the top-right hand side of the page there is: Login.
  • After clicking on it you will see the option to sign in or register (as a journalist).
  • Fill in all fields in the registration form. After you have sent it, you will receive an e-mail with a link for validating your account.
  • In short time you will also receive an email stating approval or rejection of your accreditation. After approval you can already begin choosing events at which you want to participate, by doing the following:

  • If your accreditation has been approved, you can log in to the MOTOCh website (on the top-right hand corner of the page)
  • In your account (you will get into it by clicking on "Account" on the top-right hand side) set your profile picture (portrait), which will be printed in your PASS.
  • If you wish to be accredited for individual events, go to the top of the menu to the "Calendar" section. Click on the event you want to participate in, and then click on "Accreditation for the event" Your personal information has already been entered there, you just type in the license plate number of the car you will be coming in to the event (you can also type in: none). Then register by sending the registration.
  • You will subsequently receive an email with the accreditation in PDF format and with further information.
General conditions
  • The organizer, that is Slovakia racing group, Ltd., decides exclusively about granting/not granting accreditation to a journalist/ photographer/TV staff member.
  • A journalist/photographer/TV staff member requests the accreditation by completing and submitting the online form at the bottom of this page. The application deadline is 7 days before the event. After this date and at the site of the event the media representative cannot obtain authorization for taking pictures and filming on the racetrack or on any of the service roads.
  • The number of granted accreditations is limited, given the capacity conditions and safety of the operation.
  • For one editorial office there will be issued only two accreditations, of which only one will be a pass for a photographer.
  • Only a person older than 18 years can be an applicant for accreditation.
  • The organizer has the right not to grant accreditation, even without giving a reason.
  • The organizer reserves the right to take an already granted accreditation, especially in case of a breach of accreditation conditions.
  • An accredited person is entitled to use the materials obtained or acquired as part of the accreditation (Picture, sound recordings, photographs, etc.) only for news purposes. In case the holder of the accreditation is caught using photos commercially beyond the needs of the editor, for which he was accredited for the event, he will be banned from further accreditation for Slovakia Racing agency events for the next 12 months from the date of sanction.
  • If the holder of accreditation for an event is accredited as a representative of a commercial photo-agency selling video and photo material from the event, he shall pay 300 € per day in the registration room for the use of any created material for commercial purposes before being given the vest of a photographer.

During the event

  • On the day of the event, registering is done personally in the Race Office Slovakia Racing, where after signing, you take the press accreditation and the vest with the word PRESS on it, which entitles you to enter the paddock, pits, pit lane, starting grid and the service roads around the race track.
  • Accredited journalists are allowed to enter the press center. In the press center the race program, the official results and Wi Fi internet access is available to accredited journalists.
  • Accredited journalists, photographers, TV staff can move freely in all areas of the auditorium part intended for the audience.
  • The use of flash is strictly prohibited near the track and on the track during reduced visibility and sunset.
  • An accredited journalist, photographer, TV staff member is aware that he is entering the race track at his own risk. The organizer is not liable for any damage or harm to the accredited journalist, photographer, a member of the TV staff, which may occur to him during his movement on the race track, service roads, in the paddock or in the area of the circuit, and, as well, is not liable for the damages and losses caused by an accredited journalist, photographer, TV staff member to third parties.
  • An accredited journalist, photographer, TV staff member undertakes to follow the terms of the organizer´s visiting rules and the instructions of the organizer.
  • An accredited journalist, photographer, TV staff member undertakes to pay any damages or losses caused by him, incurred by participants of the event or to the organizer. He undertakes to follow the rules of ethics and good behavior during the event.


After the event

  • An accredited journalist, photographer, TV staff member undertakes, if requested, to substantiate published materials from the event to the organizer.
